That’s wrong. The two-term limit is part of the constitution, it was there a long time before Morales. If you’re talking about the fact that Morales changed the limit to allow more than two terms, as I wrote in my article, he did this despite a referendum preventing him to do so. Again this is precisely the violation of democracy (one of many reasons) why Bolivians refused and protested against Morales in running for a fourth term.
