Hi Lucy, thank you so much for writing this! I resonated with it on so many levels, and am going through the same journey right now. As you wrote, I also don’t want to live life unconsciously — but choosing a less-traveled path in life is always harder.

I finished university, moved to Shanghai for 3 years. During my time there, and after leaving and traveling for 4 months with my partner, I have continuously struggled to find my place and purpose in the world. Funnily enough, I’m also considering going to Colombia!
